Noyd, Jenah

Hello My Name Is...

Ms. Jenah Noyd
[email protected]

Greetings! My name is Jenah Noyd and I am so excited to be your child’s 5th grade English, Language Arts, and Reading teacher for the 2018-2019 school year. This is my fifth year teaching at Ruby Young Elementary School.

I grew up in Mobile, Alabama, but relocated to Texas in 2004. I later graduated from the University of North Texas with a Bachelor’s in Sociology.  Before coming to Ruby Young Elementary school, I worked as a Pre-K Paraprofessional in Denton, Texas for several years.  My time there inspired me to become a teacher.  While there, I received my teaching certification.

I am a proud mother of a beautiful daughter., who is 5 years old. When I am not teaching, I enjoy spending time with my family, reading, cooking, and learning new things.

I am so excited about the upcoming school year and all of the fun things that we’re going to do. My goal this year is to make sure that your child is not only successful in the classroom but outside of the classroom as well. I also want to increase your child’s interest and desire to read and write.

If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to ask. I can be reached by email at [email protected]. Thank you so much for all that you do and I am looking forward to building a relationship with you and your child this year!
