Meet The Teacher
Hi, My name is Angela Williams, and I will be your child's Kindergarten Teacher. I have been Teaching in DesotoISD for twelve years. This is my seventh year at Ruby Young Elementary. I love Kindergarten and all the exploring, learning, and fun we get to have!!
I am certified in General Education for k-4, Dance Education for k-12, and Special Education for k-12. Your children are in great hands with me. My favorite subjects are Reading and Math . I hope to make your child a strong reader as well as a strong mathematician.
I grew up in Vicksburg, Mississippi and I love to go home and visit often. My Parents and my older sister still live there. I am not alone because I have three brothers and sisters here with me . One of my siblings is in Abu Dhabi.
I am very excited about this year and I can’t wait to get started teaching your wonderful children!!
